Day-to-Day Doings I read that somewhere.
I wrote it down, and then I read it.

I f*cking knew it!
Let me just say, you don't just happen to chomp down on an almost full digit from someone's hand without knowing you put it in your mouth, give me a break!!
Of course the woman lied, although I will be interested to see if they find out where the actual finger came from. My first comments after hearing this many weeks back was "Gee, I wonder if her 8 fingered cousin had anything to do with this?" 8 fingers of course because they're scam artist morons who had tried this once before, but were so stupid they forgot to bring along the finger to stick in the food, and then couldn't find it, so they had to move on to another digit.
:)
But really, they didn't think long enough through this is know that it would be CLEAR no one in the entire Wen*dy's organization was missing a very "well manicured" finger?? By the way, it totally cracks me up that they always refer to the finger that way. I wonder if they'd mention it at all if it were "clearly chewed down to the quick." Hee hee.
I really just don't understand some people. I mean, I need money... and I need it BAD, but planting a finger in food, and in your mouth (if that part even happened) to get it? What kind of low-life piece of crap are you? I just hope people head back to the restaurant in question now that the hoax has been confirmed. People have lost their jobs and had hours cut back because of this. These aren't people who were rolling in dough to begin with, it's really just sad.
Well, this weekend I have a lot going on... huge 7th anniversary party for the events here. We're hosting a FREE party, so it should be a lot of fun, and a good way to say thanks to all the cool people who've come to hang out with us over the years. If you want more info, click on over to SuperBBW.com.
Then, after all of that, on Sunday I have a wedding to attend. Anna is marrying Tony, so I'll be with most of my friends celebrating that Sunday evening. I'll try to bring along the camera and get some "everyday" shots to share.
Okay, I missed some questions by Chuck in the last comments section... so here we go.
"Have a couple of photo questions. Who takes your pictures? A good friend, a pro, or do you set it up yourself and timer away the shots? Also, there are some dated "art" photos on your site. Are you still taking those kind of shots, and will you ever update that part of your site with all your free time (HAH!)"
My pictures are taken by friends mostly. Some are by Heather (Buttercream for instance), some by Carrianne (the latest In the Pink update), and some are by Jim from LibrasFriends.com (Jubilee, Peaches and Cream, Winter White). Since I don't have a regular, built in photographer, I'll basically use anyone I can get my hands on at least once. If I like their eye, and how they understand what I'm wanting to see, then I'll use them again. :) Carrianne has been nice enough to help me with taking pictures for the paysite, which so far has been her, Heather, Delaney, Jim, and one set by another guy I know, Rob.
If I had a camera with a remote timer, I'd try to take some myself, so eventually I might be able to get on that sort of set up... we'll see.
As for my "art" photos, ugh... yeah. I was really hoping to add to that section on a more regular basis, but I haven't found either time or inspiration around here lately. I'm hoping once the weather improves I'll find more that I enjoy. I'm also hoping to head back to upstate NY soon for a visit with Skye, and there are some beautifu things up there that I could shoot. It's always in my mind, not forgotten!
Okay, that's all for those I think, hope that covered it for you, Chuck. :)
Here are some more general for you: 1. Do you own a wristwatch? Describe. Well, funny about me and watches. I used to wear one all through my teenage years, and into my early to mid 20s. I had a Swa*tch in my teens (of course!), and then one with moon phases on it after that. I had a Swiss Army watch for a short stint too. At some point, I stopped wearing it (usually because the battery died), and I just got out of the habit completely. So, haven't really worn a watch in many years. This year, my dad got me one for Christmas. I was sort of surprised, but it's a really nice watch with a mother of pearl face and it's sort of fashiony, but it's a big watch "name" I guess... (magic of the internet, here's a picture of it!).
So, that's my watch now, with a pink strap, and I'm slowly getting used to wearing one again. I still have it off more than on, but I am more aware of trying to grab it before I head out of the house, etc.
2. How old were in you 1997?
I was 27, turned 28 in November.
3. Which is more important – financial success or personal happiness?
I don't think money brings happiness, but I think sometimes it can be difficult to be free enough to be happy if you have financial burdens that weigh on you. Not sure if that makes sense, but ultimately it's much more important to be happy.
4. Can you whistle? Yes, I can, but not well, and not really in songs or anything. I can't do the cat call thing, or "hey, over here!" hailing the taxi thing, despite trying.
5. Do you believe in the supernatural? I do, but in sort of off ways. Sometimes I think it's more about energy and how it never really goes away, just changes.
I watch Ama*zing Ra*ce, not sure who here does. But anyway, the brother's got eliminted tonight, and I'm pretty bummed out. I really liked their approach to the race, just having a great time, soaking in the experience, and making the most of their time together. There were a lot of crazy events that led to their elimination, so I guess it was meant to be... oh well. I'll miss them in the race, and now there is no team that is quite as fun (in the same way).
I changed my hair color today. It's sort of a honey brown with some highlights. It's a nice warm color, shows some reddish tones in light, etc. I wasn't digging the way my color was washing out, so it was time for a change. I have to get used to it, but so far I like it. I'll share a shot of it when I get a chance, or a new pic of the week or something.
Pope passed away, not exactly breaking news. I am disconnected from the church, but he was a good man with strong faith in humanity and the good we can do. I'm happy he's left suffering behind, but sad for the faithful who are going to miss him so. I think it will be an interesting time in the RC church. So many feel alienated for believing such different things from doctrine (including myself). I don't yearn to go back to church, but I guess it makes you feel a little homeless to believe certain things are right that your church proclaims are not. Well, anyway... it's been that way a long time, I don't expect changes.
Here are some questions!
1) Describe your perfect casual weekend outfit using actual items currently in your wardrobe. I'll go with a summer thing: tank top, ponytail, denim lite jeans, and white canvas sneakers.
2) What was the last piece of clothing you bought that you couldn't afford, but loved too much to leave it at the store? It was on e*bay, a pair of pants. I'm a sucker.
3) Describe the outfit that comes out of the closet for a night on the town. Hmm, typical dance outfit I guess... black pants, nice blouse (tight or sleeveless or lowcut or something), whatever shoes I can manage... lol
4) What's one clothing item or accessory that makes almost anyone look just a little bit more attractive to you? I always take a second glance at cargo pants and guys with nice necklaces or rings (nice to me is silver or leather or beaded or something, not like a gold thing).
5) If you were to make a t-shirt with a custom saying on it, what would it say? I already did! It says "got fat?".
